Janet moved from a nonprofit career to an IT career when Fiserv's first-ever enterprise software conversion project was behind schedule and help was needed to coordinate all the moving parts. She got everyone impacted by the implementation to commit to collaboration, and then managed the global roll out for 42 internal systems and vendors, including small-scale project management for each of the internal systems.

When Fiserv needed someone to coordinate the largest system integration in its history, she ran toward the fire and led the team that accomplished in less than a year what everyone else said couldn't be done. 

Coordinating the work of people working in different processes, under different PMOs, and in different project management frameworks- and infusing fun- is her idea of a pretty cool puzzle to solve. When NM asked her to add in streamlining and influencing their organization to become more Lean and Agile, they were describing her ideal job. She's been consulting there with Apex since January 2016.

Since May 2016, she's been working with business areas adjacent to IT transformations to help them understand and align to Lean, Agile, and SAFe.

In her spare time, she geeks out over anything related to Business Intelligence, avoids the sun, and collects rare whiskies.
